4-H Members attend judging contest

Five members of the Dunn County 4-H program participated in the Bowman County Livestock Judging Contest on Saturday, Feb. 23 in Bowman.

Five members of the Dunn County 4-H program participated in the Bowman County Livestock Judging Contest on Saturday, Feb. 23 in Bowman. Team Members from left to right are: Bailey Smith, Payton Pavlenko, Iris Dukart, Ian Dukart and Faith Norby. The members judge classes 4 of hogs, sheep, and beef and place them in order of top animal to bottom. The members also give oral reasons on three sets of classes. They have two contests left for the judging season and they are in Beulah and the State Contest in Valley City. (Courtesy photo)
