Alzheimer’s presentation to be Held in Hebron

The Alzheimer’s Association MN-ND in partnership with the ND Dementia Care Services Program will offer a free presentation titled, “Caring Through the Holidays.” This free presentation will take place on Monday, November 10, 2014, at 5:30 p.m., at the Hebron Public Library, 811 Main Street, Hebron, ND. This presentation is free and open to the public. This project is supported by funding granted through the North Dakota Department of Human Services, Aging Service Division.
More about the presentation: This class helps care partners navigate through the challenges of the holiday season. The class focuses on holiday stress and challenges for families dealing with dementia. Tips are provided for stress management, hosting and attending family gatherings, gift giving, and helping the person with dementia participate.
