It was founded in Medora in 1928, and has been ministering Day camps in south western North Dakota for 15 years. This year, Killdeer Lutheran Church’s VBS day camp theme was, “Pray always and in all ways”. Rachel Lantz said, “About 20 campers learned how they can give thanks, listen to God, and share joy. We have been singing songs, making arts and kitchen crafts, and playing some awesome games.” Counselors Nick Schure, Kaitlyn Nelson, and Rachel Lantz led them through bible studies to learn more about God’s love. The week ended on Thursday evening with a potluck and family worship.
