A listing of meeting noticed for the Dunn County area.Dunn County JDA plans all-inclusive county meeting
Carie Boster, with the Dunn County JDA, is planning a meeting for Saturday, Feb. 8, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., at the Killdeer American Legion hall.
All organizations in the county are urged to attend.
“This is for everyone,” Boster said. “County, city, fair boards, planning, school boards, etc.”
“The public is invited also,” she said.
“We want to get everyone together, at least once, and open a discussion about what is happening in the county and how organizations can share their knowledge with others.”
For instance, one city may be getting ready to implement a plan, which requires going through the state. Another city may have already finished that project and could offer hints on how best to implement it.
Lunch will be served before the meeting.
“We may only do this once and figure it’s not worth it,” Boster said. “Or maybe we’ll end up doing it a couple of times a year. We’ll see.”
For more information contact Boster at 701-764-6092.
