Dickinson State ranked 22 in most affordable online colleges in U.S. for 2017

Dickinson State University has been ranked 22 on a list of most affordable online colleges for 2017 published by College Choice, a leading authority in college and university rankings and resources.


“As college costs have risen at historic rates, online education has expanded to fill a need for an affordable option for students unable to access a college education,” Christian Amondson, managing editor of College Choice, remarked at the ranking’s release.

“Dickinson State’s commitment to providing a top-flight education online at a very affordable level is both impressive and laudable,” Amondson said.College Choice developed the 2017 ranking for the Most Affordable Online Colleges looking at more than just tuition. The ranking also takes into account associated fees beyond tuition, along with the amount of credits needed to graduate.
