DC Herald nearly done with new rentable office space, Open house scheduled for March 19.
The Dunn County Herald is putting finishing touches on new office space now available for rent in the newspaper’s building in downtown Killdeer.
Five smaller private office spaces, along with a fully furnished break room, will be offered individually or as a larger, single unit.
Dunn County Herald publisher Stacy Swenson said, “I am pleased this renovation project is nearing completion. There is a huge need for office space in Dunn County, particularly in Killdeer proper, and I’m glad we can help provide it.
“These smaller office spaces would be perfect for a new business or perhaps a company that needs additional room and wants to rent all five units.”
The brand-new, modern offices are conveniently located at 26 Central Avenue. Each comes wired for Internet and telephone service. The break room provides a sink, refrigerator, microwave, stove and cupboards.
The building, which also houses the Dunn County Herald, is handicapped-accessible via a ramp at the rear entrance, where parking for tenants is planned.
“We’ve scheduled an open house for March 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Dunn County Herald building,” said Swenson. “Make plans to stop in, have coffee and a cookie, and tour our totally remodeled building.”
