Group to perform at Killdeer church

Oak Grove Lutheran School’s 44 voice Concert Choir, directed by Aaron Zinter, will leave on its annual tour on March 28.

The choir will be traveling to the Public Northwest this year. The group will cover 3,500 miles on their 10-day tour, visiting five states, giving eight concerts and singing at Sunday morning church services. Each concert will feature selections honoring Our Lord Jesus Christ and will include songs by composers. J.S. Bach, Alexander Sheremetev, F. Melius Christiansen, Ola Gjeilo, J. Aaron McDermid, Aaron Zinter, and student composer Jeffrey Lackmann.

See them perform at 7 p.m., following a Pot Luck Supper at 5 p.m. April 5 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Killdeer.
