HPCC To Serve It Fresh!

The High Plains Cultural Center will begin serving lunch on February 10, 2014 from 11 am to 1 pm, Monday through Friday. The menu includes freshly made soups, salads, and sandwiches on freshly baked breads, served on a front line, ala carte.
“Our menu will be unique, made from scratch in our kitchen.  Rebecca Keim is our baker, and Daphne  Hecker is our bistro chef, with the support of Cheryl Boyce.  These are all local ladies, well known for their culinary accomplishments.” said Director Ken Roshau. “Fresh food and fast service are our primary objectives.”
The lunch service will take place in the lobby. The gymnasium/fitness center will be open during the lunch service.
“We are open and functional, but we have a long way to grow.” Roshau added.
The High Plains Cultural Center is a not for profit community facility run by the Dunn County Fair Board. All proceeds will benefit the Center’s five year growth plan, which includes debt reduction, the addition of a lift, more meeting rooms, showers, and additional furnishings and equipment.
