Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) is agricultural-related work outside of class. It is a year-round program made up of projects or enterprises where you apply agricultural skills and knowledge learned in the classroom. It is an integral part of the three-circle model of Agricultural Education, with the other two being FFA and Classroom.
Iris plans to use the money she was awarded to expand her herd of cattle on the family farm. With the funds, she hopes to purchase supplies and potentially other bovine reproductive materials to increase the efficiency and productivity of her herd.
