The Killdeer FFA parliamentary procedure team earned a gold award at the state parliamentary procedure competition event held in Bismarck at the state capitol on October 7th.
The top sixteen teams from the eight FFA districts competed at the event. Teams were divided into two brackets of eight with the top two from each bracket advancing to the finals. Teams earn either a gold, silver or bronze rating. Out of the 16 teams competing, the top 6 earned gold. 78 FFA chapters from all over North Dakota competed at the district level. The Napoleon FFA chapter was the winner of the state competition and will be representing North Dakota at the National Parliamentary procedure competition held in Louisville, Kentucky October 28th -31st.
