Specifications complete for High Plains Cultural Center

The Dunn County Fair Association Board of Directors and the Community Center Building Committee met on Nov. 12 to complete financing and bid specifications for the High Plains Cultural Center.

The group expressed appreciation for the recent increased generosity of area businesses and individuals. Momentum is building to complete the community center by May, 2014 – in time to accommodate the Centennial Celebration in Dunn County.
