Staff Report

It may have been a splash bash for the children to get ready for school to start, but when they were diving into foam pools and getting rinsed off by fire houses Aug.7  in the northern parking lot of the Killdeer Aquatic and Wellness Center, school was the last thing on their minds.
The Foam Party was called a success by the wellness center manager and citing the community support and donations by local businesses and groups.
The West Dunn Fire Department provided the foam, First International Bank provided and cooked hamburgers and hot dogs, Coal Country Community Health Center provided drinks and the parks and rec department brought the music system.
