Dukart Receives Scholarship from Alpha Gamma Rho

Iris Dukart

Iris Dukart of Manning has received a $1,000 Agricultural Leadership Scholarship from Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho (AGR) at North Dakota State University.
Iris will be a freshman student this fall majoring in Agricultural Education.
To receive the Agriculture Leadership Scholarship, Iris displayed exceptional participation and leadership in agriculture-related activities as well as high academic achievement.
Scholarships awarded by Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity at NDSU are the result of generous financial contributions by the chapter’s alumni in conjunction with the NDSU Development Foundation and the National AGR Educational Foundation. Our alumni view their donations as an investment in tomorrow’s leaders of the diverse agriculture industry. In total, Epsilon distributes over $10,000 annually in scholarship and award dollars to encourage students to improve their academic performance, pursue leadership development opportunities, and to explore agricultural careers.
Alpha Gamma Rho is a social as well as professional organization for young men pursuing an undergraduate or post-graduate degree in agriculture, food, fiber, life sciences, natural resources, forestry, environmental or related agricultural fields.
AGR was the first Greek organization established on the NDSU campus. The Chapter was installed on March 24, 1913 as the fifth chapter of the national fraternity and given the namesake Epsilon, which is the fifth letter of the Greek alphabet.
Today Epsilon is one of 75 AGR chapters across the US.

Qualified individuals can submit their application online at agrfargo.org/scholarship-info.
