It wasn’t a zoo, but there were bobcats, Deeres and lots of kids at the Dunn County Road Department facility in Killdeer on Aug. 15.
The department was holding an open house of their equipment and the Killdeer facility so local residents could get a close up look at the heavy machinery the county puts on the road.
For Erin Roundy, it gave her children a really good opportunity to see the equipment close up and even get behind the wheel.
For Lori Tabor, it was a chance to show off the department’s arsenal of road equipment to the people of Dunn County.
