… And with a big splash for Killdeer youngsters
Some Killdeer children got a head start on Easter April 8, when the Killdeer Aquatic and Welness Center held its own version of an Easter Egg Hunt.
The big differences was water for the children under 12 years old.
The Easter Egg hunt went in age groups, with the youngest getting their chance to dive and swim after the floating eggs.
In addition, they also got a visit from a large furry Easter Bunny after the children grabbed all the eggs they could in the water.
There will be another hunt April 20 in Lions Park.
It was an Easter surprise for the smallest visitors like four-month old Gage Stenberg of Killdeer (above) April 10 when the Easter Bunny stopped by the Killdeer Aquatics and Wellness Center after the pool held its Easter Egg Hunt.
