Gotta Dance: Halftime ‘show’ focuses on fun

Elementary students from Killdeer were not the only people who were celebrating with a dance on the Cowboy’s football field.
The elementary students went out onto the field first, each with at least one scarf.
That was by design, according to Killdeer teacher Becki Andersen. She is the K-6 gym and P.E. teacher.
“We do a lot of dancing with scarves in class,” she explained. “This was kind of a free dance (during halftime),” she said, adding that it seemed to bring a lot of people out of the stands.
